Terms and Conditions
1. Whilst every care will be taken, all remote support sessions are carried out at your risk.
2. We will take care to safeguard your data, but we will not be responsible for any data loss.
3. It is your responsibility to back up all data. We will provide advice where necessary.
4. Except where otherwise agreed, an invoice for payment for works completed will be dispatched to you following completion of the remote support session.
5. By providing your Client ID number to the Warren IT Services telephone representative, you accept these terms and conditions.
Definitions 'You' and 'your', means customer or owner of equipment. 'We', means Warren IT Services Ltd.
