Explorer/Microsoft Edge: Select your operating system from the list above. A small bar will appear at the bottom of the screen asking if you would like to 'Run' or 'Save' the file. Please click 'Run'. The Application should then start. Google Chrome: Select your operating system from the list above. The download will appear in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen. Please click it once. The Application should then start. Mozilla Firefox: Select your operating system from the list above. The download should begin. Please click the blue downward-facing arrow bext to the address bar, and select 'WITS_SupportClient' The Application should then start. If prompted, please allow the application to make changes to your device. Once a Client ID number appears, please give this to your technician. |
